Hi! I’m Diana. A qualified pharmacist (MPharm) and a nutritionist (ANutr, MSc Nutrition).

I am a big believer in balanced, fulfilling eating that brings joy and fuels our lives.

I offer support for individuals managing diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol — without the need for strict diets, food guilt, or overwhelming restrictions.

My approach focuses on fuelling the body, cultivating a positive relationship with food, and making sustainable changes that fit real life. Using research-based strategies, compassion, I guide clients toward improved health with practical tools, encouragement, and a focus on what can be enjoyed, not just what needs to be avoided.

Your Nutrition” started brewing while I was working as a pre-reg pharmacist. I was shocked by how many people relied on medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, and more — and how little focus there was on prevention. I saw my parents, grandparents in all of those people…

It became clear to me - this needs to change.

There are many factors that influence your health — some of which are completely out of your control (yes, even your postcode can make a difference!). But one powerful area you can take charge of is your nutrition. A diagnosis like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or elevated blood glucose doesn’t mean life as you know it is over. In fact, as life gets busier, it becomes even more important to prioritise your health in a way that’s sustainable, realistic, and right for you.

Over time, I learned that being healthy isn’t about restriction, but balance. That lesson inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Nutrition, become a registered nutritionist, and help others feel their best without giving up the joy in food.

I truly believe that everyone can and should take control of their choices and I am ready to provide the support to make that change happen for you.

What is The Healthify Program:

  • Establishing your current habits, medical background.

    This is a crucial step and serves as a foundation for an action plan.

    This step involves a questionnaire filled out before first call and a further clarification during the first call.

  • 1-hour first session.

    5 × 40-minutes follow-up sessions.

    Over the span of 3 months.

    These are the core of The Healthify method and will provide you with motivation, knowledge and clear actionable points to improve your health.

    These sessions are for your benefit so be sure to ask any questions.

  • You will receive an action plan after the first session based on the points that were discussed.

    You will receive a summary of each session and what was discussed.

    The action plan will be tailored and sent out to you after each follow up session based on the progress made.

  • For when you need extra support in between sessions, we will establish a method of communication that suits you best.

    Eg. Whatsapp or email.

    You will be able to reach out to me with any questions you have and receive a response.

    This extra communication can serve as a motivation boost, a question-answer and to share your achievements!
