Welcome to Your Nutrition!
About me
Hi! I’m Diana. A qualified pharmacist (MPharm) and a nutritionist (ANutr). I am a big believer in balanced, fulfilling eating that brings joy and fuels our lives.
My mission is to empower individuals to feel great by providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed dietary choices.
I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to optimise their health through balanced eating. This journey is not just about food; it's about cultivating a positive relationship with it, instilling confidence, and inspiring a sense of agency over one's health and vitality.
My Philosophy and story behind Your Nutrition
Before you scroll through, I will emphasize this:
Here, you are not going to be told what to eat. Or worse... What not to eat.
Instead you will gain knowledge and tools so that you are equipped to nourish yourself the best you can.
‘Your Nutrition’ was ‘brewing’ for a while… The idea that didn’t have the name yet sparked when I started working as a pre-registration pharmacist after graduation. In just few months I was shocked to see so many people on a cocktail of medication for diabetes, high blood pressure, post-stroke prevention, pain etc. It became clear to me that our healthcare system—and many of our lives—are centered on treating illnesses rather than preventing them. I realized this had to change!
Even if you’re considered medically healthy, how often do you feel low on energy, bloated, tired, or think you could lose a bit of weight? I’ve experienced these challenges myself and heard the same struggles from friends and family—and I know we’re not alone.
Balancing work, family, social commitments, and time for yourself only gets more challenging as we get older. That’s why right now is the best time to start prioritizing your health and taking better care of yourself!
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been conscious of my health. That doesn’t mean it’s always been easy—I’ve struggled with body image, cravings, and low energy. And yes, I still enjoy pizzas, burgers, doughnuts, and ice cream. My journey to discover what truly works for me taught me an important lesson: being healthy isn’t about rigid rules, strict diets, or unrealistic expectations. It’s about finding balance—enjoying every meal, embracing the joy of sharing a pizza during movie nights with friends, and prioritizing what makes me feel my best, both physically and mentally.
Helping others achieve that same sense of balance has become my mission. That’s why I pursued a Master’s degree in Nutrition, became a registered nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, and dedicated myself to guiding others on their own path to wellness.
I am now dedicated to supporting individuals with diabetes in achieving better glucose control while enjoying food without guilt. I also support anyone looking to improve their overall well-being through sustainable, long-lasting lifestyle changes. I truly believe that everyone can and should take control of their choices and I am ready to provide the support to make that change happen for you.
